| Product Overview | LG-909 ceramicizing agent is a perfect combination of a composite reactive silane and ceramicizing technology. It utilizes the combined action of a composite super-dispersed silane coupling agent and metal salts, undergoing dehydration coupling at room temperature to crystallize into a film. Therefore, it can form a ceramic composite film layer of micrometer to nanometer thickness on the metal surface. This film is a three-dimensional network structure similar to phosphating crystals, and under the action of the coupling agent, it also forms strong intermolecular bonding and adsorption forces at the interface, resulting in good adhesion between the metal surface and the subsequent coating. LG-909 ceramicizing agent does not contain heavy metals such as chromium and phosphorus. The product has stable performance, complies with ROHS certification, is environmentally friendly, has strong salt spray corrosion resistance, and is an ideal substitute for traditional phosphating solutions. It is suitable for room temperature, spray or immersion treatment processes and can be matched with various types of coatings. This product is a zirconium salt film-forming agent. It can form a highly stable film layer on aluminum, iron, and galvanized sheet surfaces. Therefore, it has excellent corrosion resistance and good adhesion between the coating and the substrate. This product has been tested to be free of phosphorus, chromium, weakly acidic to neutral, without volatilization, and without precipitation. Through actual production and use testing, its performance is superior to domestic similar products and equivalent to international advanced levels. 1. Treatment method: Use immersion or spray treatment. 2. Equipment for use: The treatment tank should be made of stainless steel, thick-walled plastic plate or carbon steel (with anti-corrosion lining inside). The exchanger or nozzle should be made of stainless steel or nylon, and the pipes and pumps should be made of stainless steel. 3. Ceramicizing film agent treatment process ①, Degreasing with alkali → Water washing → Ceramicizing film → Water washing → Water washing → Drying → Post-treatment ②, Degreasing with alkali → Water washing → Neutral rust removal → Water washing → Water washing → Ceramicizing film → Water washing → Water washing → Drying → Post-treatment ③, The requirements for the water quality of the ceramicizing film agent are not as sensitive as those of silanes. When preparing the working solution, it is recommended to use pure water. Tap water can also be used. During the film processing, pure water and tap water can be used without measuring the conductivity. 4. Preparation of the working solution for the ceramicizing film agent (based on 1000L) ① Add 80% water to an empty tank, ② Add 8 to 20L of ceramicizing agent and add it to the treatment tank. ③ Stir to dissolve evenly, test the pH value ④ Add the remaining water to 1000L. ⑤ Adjust the pH value according to the process parameters. 5. Operating conditions ① Working solution pH value: 4.0 - 5.5, optimal: 4.5 - 4.8. |
