Product DescriptionLG-909 Ceramic Conversion Agent combines composite reactive silane and ceramic conversion technology. Using a composite hyper-divergent silane coupling agent and metal salts, it undergoes dehydration coupling and crystallization to form a film at room temperature. It forms a micro‑ to nano‑scale 3D network ceramic composite film on metal surfaces, providing strong intermolecular bonding and adsorption at the interface, thus improving coating adhesion. It is free of chromium, phosphorus and heavy metals, complies with ROHS, is eco-friendly and offers excellent salt spray resistance, making it an ideal replacement for traditional phosphating solutions. Suitable for spray or immersion processes at room temperature, it is compatible with various coatings. As a zirconium-based film former, it forms highly stable films on aluminum, iron and galvanized steel with superior corrosion resistance and coating adhesion. The product is phosphorus-free, chromium-free, weakly acidic to neutral, non-volatile and non-precipitating. Its performance exceeds domestic similar products and reaches international advanced levels.

Application Instructions1.Treatment method: Immersion or spray
2.Equipment: Tank made of stainless steel, thick plastic plate or carbon steel with anti-corrosion lining; exchangers/nozzles of stainless steel or nylon; pipes and pumps of stainless steel
3.Process flow:
 ① Alkaline degreasing → water rinsing → ceramic conversion → water rinsing → water rinsing → drying → post-treatment
 ② Alkaline degreasing → water rinsing → neutral derusting → water rinsing → water rinsing → ceramic conversion → water rinsing → water rinsing → drying → post-treatment
 ③ Water quality: Less sensitive to water quality than silane; pure water recommended, tap water acceptable; conductivity testing not required
4.Working solution preparation (1000L):
 ① Fill tank to 80% with clean water
 ② Add 8–20L of ceramic conversion agent
 ③ Stir evenly and test pH
 ④ Add water to 1000L
 ⑤ Adjust pH to process range
5.Operating conditions:
 ① Working solution pH: 4.0–5.5, optimum 4.5–4.8
 ② Temperature: Room temperature 10°C–40°C
 ③ Time: Immersion 3–6 minutes; spray 30–60 seconds
 ④ Treatment area: 200–260m² per kg of concentrate
 ⑤ Film appearance: Colorless to bluish-purple or golden depending on substrate and pH; better bending performance than phosphating; no peeling under 50–75kg impact; salt spray resistance over 720 hours after coating
