| Product Overview | A high-performance, low-silicate alkaline degreaser specially designed for phosphorus-free ceramic conversion (nano-ceramic conversion coating) processes. Composed mainly of various surfactants compounded with high-efficiency additives, it efficiently removes all kinds of oil stains on steel surfaces while creating an optimal micro-active surface for ceramic conversion reaction. It strictly controls the type and content of impurities carried into the ceramic conversion tank, especially silicate (SiO₃²⁻) and phosphate (PO₄³⁻), ensuring a uniform and dense ceramic conversion film for optimal corrosion resistance and coating adhesion. |

Efficient cleaning and surface fine-tuning: Quickly saponifies and emulsifies animal, vegetable and mineral oils, powerfully penetrates and removes stubborn stains such as stamping oil and anti-rust oil; forms uniform fresh active iron surface through mild etching, favorable for ceramic film formation.2. | Standard Process Flow | Alkaline degreasing (this product) → Two-stage water rinsing → Ceramic conversion treatment → Water rinsing → Drying1. Degreasing: Prepare working solution at specified concentration and temperature. Treat workpiece by spraying or immersion until oil is completely removed and continuous water film is achieved. Regularly test total alkalinity (TA) and use oil-water separator to extend bath life.2. Thorough rinsing (two-stage): First stage: hot water overflow rinsing (40–50°C) to remove most alkaline liquid and emulsified oil. Second stage: flowing room-temperature water rinsing for further cleaning. Ensure clean rinsing water and sufficient overflow to prevent re-contamination.3. Ceramic conversion: Immediately transfer thoroughly degreased and rinsed workpiece into ceramic conversion bath. |
