| Standard Process Flow | Bath preparation → Spray treatment → Water rinsing → Post-treatment/drying1. Bath preparation: Add ~80% water to spray tank. Under circulation stirring, add 2.5% LG407 first, then 2.5% LG707. Add water to working level, start circulation pump and spray system, mix thoroughly. Confirm working solution pH within 2.5–5.2. Spray treatment: Set spray time 2–4 minutes, adjust pressure for full coverage. Workpiece is fully sprayed to emulsify oil, dissolve oxide layer and form film synchronously.3. Post-treatment: Rinse thoroughly with running water immediately (two-stage recommended). Neutralization and sealing treatment (passivator or dehydrating anti-rust agent) is recommended. Dry timely. |
