| Application Guide | This product cannot be used alone as a treatment agent; all functions are activated only when mixed with LG407 Conversion Coating Agent.1. Bath Preparation: Add ~80% water to the main spraying tank, start the circulation pump. Add 2.5% LG407 conversion coating agent under stirring, then add 2.5% LG707 additive. Top up water to working level and circulate evenly. Final working solution pH should be strictly between 2.5-3.5.2. Replenishment: When treatment efficiency drops (slower cleaning/derusting) and pH＞4.0, replenish at volume ratio LG407:LG707=1:1 via dosing system until performance and pH (1-2) are restored.3. Monitoring: Daily core monitoring: working solution pH and workpiece surface quality after spraying. |
