| Standard Operation Process | Bath preparation → Immersion treatment → Water rinsing → Post-treatment/drying1. Bath preparation:Add ~80% tap water into a clean plastic or plastic-lined tank.Under stirring, add 2.5% LG406 first, then 2.5% LG706.Top up water to working level and mix thoroughly. Adjust pH to 2.5–3.5.Note: Both components must be used in proportion.2. Immersion treatment:Fully immerse workpieces at room temperature for 3–10 minutes.Extend time for heavy oil or oxidation. Slight agitation improves uniformity.3. Post-treatment:Rinse immediately with running water (two-stage counter-current rinsing recommended).Neutralization and water sealing (weak alkaline water + dehydrating rust inhibitor) are highly recommended.Blow dry with compressed air or dry at low temperature immediately after rinsing. |
