| Product Overview | LG610 Degreaser is a high-performance, low-residue alkaline degreaser specially developed for silicon crystal nano sealing process. Its core mission is not only to completely remove oil stains, but also to create an absolutely clean and highly activated metal surface for the subsequent silicon crystal sealing agent. Through selected cleaning components and strict impurity control, it can prevent the oxidation of iron matrix to the greatest extent while strongly degreasing, and completely avoid introducing any impurity ions that may interfere with the formation and crosslinking of silane/siloxane nano films, which is the key first step to ensure the compactness, uniformity and high bonding force of the silicon crystal film. |

Deep cleaning & surface activation: Quickly decompose and emulsify mineral oil, grease, rust preventive oil and processing fluid, completely remove surface contaminants, make the surface reach a perfect hydrophilic state with continuous water film, slightly activate the matrix and expose fresh metal crystal surface2. Ultra-low residue & easy rinsing: High water-soluble organic component formula, no saponification residue or inorganic salt precipitation after rinsing, avoiding "invisible stains" on the workpiece surface that may become corrosion starting points or affect subsequent film formation3. High compatibility with silicon crystal process: Strictly free of silicate, phosphate, nitrite, borate and high hardness ions, avoiding impurities interfering with the hydrolysis-condensation reaction of siloxane, preventing the film from being loose, discontinuous or having reduced adhesion4.
