It forms an ultra-thin, dense, highly hydrophobic three-dimensional network silicon crystal composite film on the steel surface, providing excellent corrosion resistance, anti-fingerprint, anti-fouling and weather resistance for steel substrates. This product is free of chromate, phosphate, heavy metals and volatile organic compounds (VOC), and is a high-performance, eco-friendly alternative to traditional anti-rust oil, wax, phosphating and passivation processes. |

| Standard Operation Method | 1. Pre-treatment (critical):Degreasing: The workpiece surface must be absolutely oil-free. It is recommended to use alkaline/neutral cleaner for thorough cleaning to ensure the "continuous water film" stateRust/oxide scale removal: No rust, welding slag or loose oxide scale on the surface. Sandblasting, shot blasting or neutral/weak acid rust remover is recommendedRinsing: After degreasing and rust removal, fully rinse with clean tap water, and then final rinse with deionized water/pure water to minimize the impurity ions brought into the sealing tank2. Film formation (core process):Soaking method: Suitable for small parts with complex structure, ensure the workpiece is completely immersed and slightly stirredSpraying method: Suitable for production lines, pressure 0.5-2bar, ensure all surfaces are coveredWiping/Brushing method: Suitable for large workpieces, on-site maintenance and local treatment, must be evenly coatedKey points: Time, temperature and concentration directly affect the film thickness and performance. Replace the tank solution when the impurity ion concentration is too high or a large amount of oil scum appears on the liquid surface. Keep the tank covered to avoid long-term exposure to air, which may cause the volatilization of active ingredients or absorption of CO₂3. Film inspection: The appearance should be uniform, transparent and free of water marks. For hydrophobicity test, water droplets should roll in a bead shape. For protection performance, regularly sample for salt spray test (NSS) or humidity chamber test4. Compatibility test: If used as a primer for coating, be sure to conduct cross-cut adhesion test to ensure compatibility with the subsequent coating5. Wastewater treatment: The working solution has a long service life and slow replacement cycle. The waste solution can be collected, adjusted to neutral pH, and discharged after precipitation or flocculation treatment |
