Product OverviewLG608-1 Degreasing Liquid is a high-performance alkaline degreaser specially developed for phosphating (especially slag-free zinc phosphating) processes. It is formulated with various surfactants and high-efficiency additives to quickly and thoroughly clean oil stains on steel surfaces, providing an absolutely clean and active surface for subsequent phosphating to ensure uniform and dense phosphating film.

Standard Process FlowLG608-1 Degreasing → Water Washing → Water Washing → Surface Conditioning → Phosphating → Water Washing → Water Washing → Drying
Operation Method1. Degreasing: Prepare working solution, treat by spraying/immersion until oil is completely removed, monitor total alkalinity and oil content
2. Two-stage rinsing: First-stage 40-50°C hot water overflow rinsing, second-stage normal temperature running water rinsing, no residue before next process
3. Subsequent process: Surface conditioning + slag-free zinc phosphating
Bath Management & MaintenanceDaily monitoring: Test total alkalinity (TA) by titration every day and replenish as needed
Maintenance: Install oil-water separator to remove floating oil; replenish stock solution with small amount and frequent times; replace completely when bath fails; regularly clean sediments at tank bottom and on heating pipes
PrecautionsProtection: Wear alkali-resistant gloves and safety goggles
Process: Thorough rinsing is required to prevent phosphating film defects; avoid large amount of impurities; keep process continuous for high carbon steel to prevent flash rust
Wastewater: High COD, discharge after neutralization, demulsification and flocculation
