| Standard Operating Procedure | Pretreatment → Water Rinse → LG908 Passivation → Water Rinse → Drying1. Pretreatment (mandatory): Workpieces must be thoroughly degreased and deoxidized (desmutting) to ensure a clean surface with consistent activity; fully rinse with water to avoid bringing the previous process solution into the passivation tank.2. Passivation treatment (core step): Add LG908 stock solution to the tank at a ratio of 1-2%, dilute with deionized water or pure water, and stir evenly; control the bath pH within the specified range and use at room temperature; spray line: ensure uniform spray pressure, treat for 30-60 seconds; immersion line: ensure the workpiece is completely submerged, treat for 2-4 minutes.3. Post-treatment: After passivation, rinse with clean tap water, preferably with deionized water to improve appearance; dry thoroughly immediately with hot air (<80°C) or compressed air. |
