Chemical properties: Acidic, milky white liquid, with slight corrosiveness. II. Process Parameters: 1. Working Index Parameters: ① Acidity Index: 25 - 30 ② Temperature: Room Temperature ③ Treatment Time: 1 - 3 minutes 2. Setup Parameters: (1T) ① Light Agent: 2% - 3% ② Add clean water: 98% - 97% to dilute to 1T. III. Maintenance of the solution: ① Control and replenish the light agent according to the process indicator parameters to ensure the light output effect. ② Remove impurities from the solution in time and replenish it again to meet the process indicator parameters. ③ Update the solution every half a year or once a year. If the processing volume increases or the solution becomes turbid, which affects the processing effect, the solution can be updated in advance. IV. Process Flow and Consumption Index: 1. Process Flow: Spraying Pre-treatment: Water washing → Degreasing → Water washing → Water washing → Polishing → Water washing → Chromation → Water washing → Water washing → Drying 2. Consumption Index: Under normal circumstances, the consumption amount is 2 - 3 kg. V. Analytical Method: Acidity determination: Take 10 ml of the working solution, put it into a volumetric flask, add pure water to dilute to 50 ml, add 3 to 5 drops of phenolphthalein indicator, titrate with 0.1N sodium hydroxide standard solution until the pink color appears as the endpoint.
