| Product Overview | LG201 Neutral Cleaner is an eco-friendly neutral cleaning agent specially designed for copper alloys such as copper, brass and bronze. Through mild but efficient chelation, penetration and emulsification under near-neutral safe conditions, it effectively removes oxide layers (rust, spots), fingerprints, light oil, dust and polishing paste residues on copper surfaces, while providing “zero-corrosion” protection to the copper substrate, preventing discoloration, loss of luster or selective etching (such as dezincification of brass). Free of strong acids, strong alkalis, ammonia and sulfides, it is an ideal choice for precision cleaning, maintenance and high-end surface pretreatment of copper products. |

| Standard Process Flow | Pretreatment → Neutral Cleaning → Thorough Rinsing → Sealing → Post-treatment / Drying1.Pretreatment (if needed): For heavy oil, pre-degrease and rinse thoroughly. For severe oxidation, gentle mechanical cleaning (e.g. soft brush) is recommended.2.Main cleaning (core step): Prepare working solution by ratio, preferably with deionized water for best results. Fully immerse workpieces; use ultrasonic or mild agitation for complex/deep-hole parts. Take out when oxides are satisfactorily removed.3.Mandatory thorough rinsing: Rinse immediately in running water to stop reaction and remove all residues. Two-stage countercurrent rinsing is recommended, with deionized water for the second stage.4.Post-treatment & drying: Passivation is strongly recommended for long-term anti-tarnish protection. Dry quickly with clean compressed air or low-temperature oven (< 80°C); avoid air drying to prevent water spots. |
