| Product Overview | LG912 Neutral Sealing Agent is a water-based sealer based on eco-friendly organic corrosion inhibition technology, specially designed for long‑lasting and stable anti-tarnish protection of copper, brass, bronze and other products. Under near-neutral mild conditions, it forms an ultra-thin, dense, transparent monomolecular complex protective film on thoroughly cleaned copper surfaces through chemical adsorption and self-assembly. The film effectively blocks corrosive media such as oxygen, moisture, sulfides (H₂S, SO₂) and fingerprints in the air, preventing discoloration, blackening and greening caused by oxidation and sulfuration, while perfectly preserving the original color and luster of metal to achieve “invisible” protection. |

| Standard Process Flow | Thorough Cleaning → Complete Rinsing → Sealing Treatment → Mild Rinsing → Drying1.Pretreatment: Workpieces must be fully cleaned and deoxidized to ensure absolutely clean surface free of oil, oxide, fingerprints and chemical residue. Rinse thoroughly with running water; final rinse with deionized or pure water is recommended.2.Sealing treatment (core step): Immerse drained workpieces fully in working solution for 1–3 minutes. Spray or brush for large parts.3.Mild rinsing (optional but recommended): Quick rinse in clean running pure water for 2–5 seconds to remove excess physical adsorbed liquid.4.Drying: Dry immediately with clean compressed air or oven below 80°C until no wet marks and original luster restored. |
