| Product Overview | LG907 Silane Sealant is an environmentally friendly, phosphorus-free and chromium-free metal surface treatment agent based on silane coupling agent technology. Through chemical adsorption and self-assembly, it forms an ultra-thin (nanoscale), dense, three-dimensional network structured organic-inorganic hybrid silane film on cleaned steel surfaces. This film bonds strongly to the substrate via robust Si-O-Fe covalent bonds and forms firm chemical bonds with subsequent organic coatings (paint, powder, adhesive) through abundant Si-OH functional groups, thereby providing exceptional adhesion, corrosion resistance, and long-term durability. It is an ideal alternative to traditional phosphating, zirconium conversion coatings, and other processes containing phosphorus or heavy metals. |
