It scientifically integrates two core functions of acidic degreasing (activation) and chemical passivation into one step. It can quickly remove light oil stains, fingerprints and oxides on the stainless steel surface, and simultaneously form a dense and stable passivation film on the surface, significantly improving the corrosion resistance of stainless steel. This product does not contain high-risk substances such as nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid and hexavalent chromium, and is eco-friendly and efficient. |

| Standard Operation Method | 1. Critical Pre-treatment:Workpieces with only light fingerprints, dust and extremely thin oil film can be directly treated with this product;For workpieces with visible oil stains, processing oil or polishing paste, they must be cleaned with alkaline degreaser and fully rinsed first to ensure the surface reaches the "continuous water film" hydrophilic state before treatment, otherwise the oil stains will seriously affect the passivation effect2. Main Treatment (2-in-1 Process):Inject clean water into the tank, add the stock solution of this product in proportion under stirring to prepare the working solution;Fully immerse the workpiece to ensure all surfaces (especially weld seams and gaps) are in full contact with the solution, soak at room temperature for 5-15 minutes, slight stirring can improve the treatment effect3. Mandatory Post-treatment:Rinsing: After taking out the workpiece, immediately rinse thoroughly with a large amount of clean water (deionized water/pure water is recommended) to stop the reaction and remove residual chemicals. Incomplete rinsing is the most common cause of pitting corrosion and discoloration;Drying: Dry as soon as possible to eliminate water marks. It is preferred to use drying at <120°C, hot air drying, or clean compressed air drying. Natural drying is only suitable for environments with low humidity and excellent ventilation |
| Precautions & Safety Instructions | 1. Personal protection: This product is an acidic liquid. Must wear acid-resistant gloves, safety goggles and acid-resistant work clothes during operation to avoid contact with skin and eyes2. Process Discipline:It is strictly forbidden to put workpieces with heavy oil stains directly into the tank, otherwise it will contaminate the whole tank solution and lead to passivation failure;Strictly control the treatment time. Excessively long soaking has no additional benefits, but may lead to slight luster loss on the surface;Rinsing must be timely and thorough, which is the core key to ensure the quality and appearance of the passivation film3. Tank Management:Regularly test the pH value and specific gravity of the working solution. When the pH value rises significantly (>4.0), the treatment effect decreases, or the solution is too turbid, the whole tank should be replaced;The accumulation of metal impurities such as iron ions in the solution will affect the color and performance of the passivation film4. Wastewater Treatment: The waste solution is acidic and contains metal ions. It should be collected, neutralized to pH 6-9, and discharged after reaching the standard through precipitation and other treatments5. Test Verification: It is recommended to regularly conduct blue dot test or salt spray test on the treated workpieces to monitor the process stability |
